Warda Delivery Services is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, providing delivery, courier, bike rental, bike service, grocery, food, and accessories delivery services across Ajman and nearby Emirates.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who engage with our website, services, or representatives (via phone, WhatsApp, or in person).



2. Services Offered

We provide the following services under the Warda Delivery Services brand:

  • Bike Rentals

  • Bike Servicing & Maintenance

  • Accessories Delivery

  • Food Delivery

  • Grocery Delivery

  • Courier Services

All services are subject to availability, local regulations, and internal operational guidelines.



3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed or quoted by our team are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • Full or partial payment may be required before service execution.

  • Prices may vary based on distance, weight, item type, or delivery location.

  • Any additional charges (parking, waiting time, etc.) will be clearly communicated before billing.

  • We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.



4. Delivery Terms

  • We aim to complete every delivery safely, accurately, and on time.

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Certain items (hazardous materials, illegal goods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from delivery.



5. Bike Rentals & Service Policy

  • Valid UAE driving license (motorcycle category) is required for all rentals.

  • Security deposit and ID verification are mandatory.

  • Bikes must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Damages, fines, or traffic violations during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Regular servicing requests should be pre-booked.



6. Courier & Delivery Liability

  • While we ensure safe handling, Warda Delivery Services is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising during delivery.

  • Fragile items must be properly packed by the sender.

  • Compensation (if applicable) for lost or damaged goods will not exceed the declared item value or service fee.



7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We protect your data and never share it with unauthorized third parties.



8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the service starts.

  • Once the pickup, rental, or delivery process has begun, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.



9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate details and documents when booking services.

  • Ensure availability at the pickup or delivery address.

  • Avoid sending illegal, perishable, or restricted items.

  • Treat delivery personnel with respect and courtesy.



10. Limitation of Liability

Warda Delivery Services shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to natural disasters, accidents, or traffic conditions.

  • Losses resulting from incorrect address, customer unavailability, or item mislabeling.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.



11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be reflected on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
